Yoga for Total Health We
will explore ways to aid and enhance our own natural healing powers.
Using time-tested techniques, we will learn to cultivate optimal physical
and mental health in ourselves and others. Special attention will be
given to relieving and preventing back, shoulder and neck pain, digestive
disorders and disease. In Yoga For Total Health you will learn to maintain a supple spine, enhance intestinal fire, concentrate the mind and completely relax through the practice of gentle yoga poses, special breathing techniques, guided visualizations and meditation. |
