One of the really cool things
about meditation is that, like yoga, you really don't need anything
but intention and maybe a little willpower to do it. The benefits
are amazing. Studies have shown meditators enjoy lower blood pressure,
less incidence of asthma attacks, less heart disease and more creativity,
energy and focus.
In Meditation Place we offer some items
you might find useful or supportive to
your practice. A traditional sitting cushion (zafu), a traditional
mandala used for gazing and less traditional jewelry items, background
music and advice for the modern meditator. It is my hope that these
