Sterling Silver Pendants
The Dove is known as the bringer of peace in many cultures and we are making it easy to give peace to someone you love in the form of this simple, sterling silver pendant. The silver Lotus represents ever-expanding consciousness and is a symbol which yoga enthusiasts recognize and love.

Hamsa Pendant
The third in our featured sterling silver pendant collection is this Hamsa, which is a symbol in Judaism and Islam for inner knowing and protection. The piece has a meaningful crossover to a yogic meditation where one inhales 'hum' and exhales 'sa' while curling and uncurling the fingers. We fell in love with the many layered significance of this piece. |

Little Bits of Heaven
As the weather gets colder and holidays approach, it is hard not to tighten up and become anxious. Yoga is of course a wonderful antidote to both the physical and mental stress of our descent into darkness. Recently, I have found a new way to share some of what works for me to stay centered when I'm feeling pulled off course.
I've been practicing yoga for over forty years and
teaching for the last decade or so. In all that time I've picked
up any number of useful practices that I use to help me relax,
focus and come into contact with my inner life. For the past six
weeks I've been blogging about these helpful tools on my Everyday Yoga blog.
I've been calling them each 5 Minutes of Bliss because
they can all be accomplished fairly quickly. So far, I've touched
on short practices to help lubricate the joints, enter psychedelic
realms naturally, get back to sleep when feeling anxious and more.
This week's post talks about how to evoke the relaxation response
from the parasympathetic system through pranayama in general and
three part breathing in particular.
One big bonus I have recieved from sharing these
things is that I'm thinking about them and practicing them more regularly.
I'm hoping the extra focus on short blissful practices will help
make this one of the most relaxed and loving holiday seasons yet,
for me and those of you who join me.
Peace and Love,
Ray (Yogeshvara OM)
