Outlook
for 2009
I
got a lot of nice feedback from last newsletters Yoga
Life Style Challenge. Thanks to all of you who are thinking
about the good things in your life and really letting
them in. Right now is a time we need positive thinking
more than ever. 2008 has certainly been a bumpy ride
and it makes me more thankful than ever for the centering
practices of yoga and the continuing support of all of
you. In
2009 we'll have a new President with
a fresh outlook that should make it easier for people
of good spirit to thrive. I'm looking forward to those
good times ahead and to making these hard times a little
gentler in whatever ways I can.
