Beautiful
Bheka Bolsters May
2009
Plus
Sandbags, Books, Another Secret Sale and more....
Bheka Yoga Supply, a company I bought last August,
has been known since 1996 for providing fine 100% cotton
hand stuffed yoga bolsters and other great items. The
Bheka frog logo represents top quality and a caring attitude.
I'm delighted we are now producing enough of these great
products to offer them to my Yoga Life Style customers.
Another thing I'm excited about is slashing the price of
advertising on the content section of the website, so for
the price of a couple of yoga classes you can reach the thousands
of visitors to this site with the message of your choice.
Other highlights include more great vegan and yoga books
and a DVD for beginning meditators. Happy scrolling.

Wow!
Spring is really here. Rabbits are constantly in my yard
at home and at work. The mornings are filled with a chorus
of frogs, birds and
insects
greeting the day and foliage is filling in everywhere.
Last night I think I may have seen my first firefly of
the year. At Yoga Life Style we are greeting the season
with great guides
to light
eating
which
warmer
weather
calls
for and
new initiatives like making and marketing high quality
yoga gear from our Bheka line. It is nice to feel in synch
with the natural world. Happy Spring!
Peace and Love,
