Manduka Equa Towels
These incredibly lightweight microfiber towels are
super absorbent and quick drying. Slip-resistant when moist, the 72-inch
towel is the size of most yoga mats so that it can be overlaid to provide
extra grip during a particularly warming practice, wicking away moisture.
It's a delight to touch, almost velvety, and is extremely compact when
rolled. |

Manduka Equa Hand Towels
Tired of carrying a bulky towel to class just for
sweaty palms? The eQua Hand Towel is made of the same durable, highly
absorbent microfiber as the eQua Mat Towel. The surprisingly thin,
plush cloth far outperforms a standard cotton/polyester blend fabric.
It's small size makes it ultra-portable, just the thing to tuck in
your yoga mat bag for when class heats up.

Manduka Black Mat Pro 85"
The Black Mat Pro 85 Inch is just the right mat to give you plenty
of room to practice on and the surface that is second to none. It's dense
and thick, giving superior comfort and support to spine, hips, knees and elbows.
The slip-resistant
fabric finish helps absorb light perspiration while giving you superior grip.

Guided Relaxation CD with Jennifer Reis
Jennifer Reis, an instructor at the Kripalu Center for Yoga
and Health, has developed this CD to take listeners through a very intentional
relaxation process, including a track that is meant to bring on deep, restful
sleep even if you suffer from occasional insomnia. Acting as a soothing lullaby,
it helps release the thinking mind and calm the body and breath. |
|
Deep Relaxation CD with Jennifer Reis
In her newest CD, Yoga Nidra (deep yogic sleep) expert Jennifer
Reis takes us inward to a place of intense relaxation in which we can renew
mind, body and spirit. This is a deep meditation practice that involves intention,
guided imagery, breath awareness and body scanning. No strength or flexibility
required - all that you need to unlock the power of Yoga Nidra is to lie down
and listen! |

Relax and Renew by Judith Lasater
This is easily the most in-depth and approachable book on
restorative practice I've ever seen. Everything you need is covered: assembling
props, centering breath and finding time. It includes a detailed chart of props
and their alternatives. Don't have your bolster or strap at hand? Just grab
a couch cushion and a belt. Full of prescriptions for a range of maladies.
It is a great source of restorative yoga ideas. |

Yogabody by Judith Lasater
Yogabody is Gray's Anatomy for yogis, the definitive guide
to the dynamic movement of the human body through asana. Lasater draws
upon over 40 years as a yoga teacher and physical therapist in this
in-depth guide to the principles of macroanatomy and kinesiology to
the practice of yoga. This volume is richly illustrated and intuitively
organized. |
Sometimes technology makes
things impersonal an frustrating, like when you call a company and
spend 10 minutes in their maze of phone options, when all you really
want is to talk to a person and sometimes like with friends on facebook
and it can help keep you in touch and involved. The search function
on the Yoga Life Style site reports to me the things people are searching
for and this month I put the information to good use. Month after
month one of the most searched for items on my site is yoga towels.
So, I knew there was a need in the Yoga Life Style community and
when I got the chance I purchased some great ones that I think you'll
like. Thanks for letting me know.
Peace and Love,
