The
Shiva Rea instructional CD collection on my site has been growing
bit by bit for years. It started with her Beginner's Guide
to Yoga and
expanded with her Drops of Nectar CD. Now I'm delighted
to add her Yoga Trance Dance, Yoga Chant and Yoga
Sanctuary CDs. Each one has something that has enhanced and
informed my practice and/or teaching and I'm sure you will enjoy
them as well. |

Besides
her great instruction, Shiva is known for her connection with
yoga movement and trance dance. These are enhanced and enabled
by her great choices of music and her collaborations with various
musical artists. These great music CDs make it possible to use
her music as background to your own posture flows and the general

I've
been carrying 3 of Shiva's DVDs on our site for awhile now
and they have consistently been among my bestselling items.
These 4 new additions (3
shown at left) will
be welcome to fans of the earlier DVDs and anyone wanting to
add flowing movement, strength and grace to their lives and
their practice. |

Even
though I've been selling them for years I've never
really liked calling these pants "Harem Pants". The
image the name evokes doesn't really fit their use
and whenever I wear them friends have said to me that
they love my "Punjabi's", so now that is what I'm calling
them. I've just added a fourth color, Desert Tan, to
compliment the Pure White, Midnight Black and Saffron.
They are still modest, flexible, strong and unique.

Since
Introducing our Mexican Blankets a few months ago, I've
been delighted with how popular they have been. Since that
time I've found a new supplier who offers a similar style
blanket
that is lighter and has a looser weave. Now we are calling
the old, heavier blankets Deluxe and the new lighter ones
just Mexican Blankets. The light ones are $15.00 each
and only $7.50 if you buy them in dozens. |

Yoga
Life Style Gift Certificates were once a popular item on my site, but when
we changed to the shopping cart we couldn't figure
out how to offer them online anymore, till now.
Plus Luanne, my web and design assistant has made

My
yoga instructor sister, Dee, is a big fan and student of Shiva Rea and
she has been pulling me into her orbit for years. Each time I review
another one of Shiva's offerings I learn a little more why Dee thinks
she is so great and I learn things that inform my practice
and my teaching. Dee has a great studio in Cambridge, MA
called OM
City Yoga where she teaches and also sells some of my
things. She was frustrated that I didn't have more of Shiva
Rea's current offerings that her students wanted as have
some of my other customers, so I finally collected every
Shiva Rea item of value that I could find. I've enjoyed reviewing
them and using them in classes and at home and I'm sure you
will too!
