For
anyone who wants to use yoga to transform the mind, body and spirit in healthful
ways and especially for those who are looking

Asana
Pranayama Mudra Bandha
This
book is an absolutely complete yoga primer for practitioners of traditional hatha/raja
yoga. If I had encountered this book 20 years ago, I'm sure it would have been
one of my most used yoga resources. I recently acquired it
for a
customer's teacher training and I instantly fell in love with it.

Celebrating
2009!
Starting
a new year is like starting anything else new; a scary
challenge and an exciting opportunity. Faced with 365
unwritten pages of our lives we have a chance to create
our futures however we like. Are we going to fall into
old habits so that the future looks like
the past or are we going to use this opportunity to craft
something new? Happy endings made from fresh beginnings.
The practice of yoga teaches us that we don't
need an artificial construct, like the date, to contemplate
making needed changes in our lives. Every breath is a
new start, a chance to grow and to improve, to love
more and to fret less. To be comfortable with what is.
And of course, there is no future to be scared of or
excited
about, only an endless flow of now.
How about this for a resolution?
Let's make 2009 a year where we observe what is really happening
during as many moments as possible.
HAPPY NOW YEAR!
Peace and Love,
Ray
