Yoga Mat Scraps are 8"x8" squares of sticky mat material for extra cushioning where you need it most.

Since their introduction 18 months ago these lovely Sterling Silver charms have been popular as pendants on necklaces and the Yoga Charm Bracelet. Customers have made numerous requests to have them as earrings and I have tried to accomodate them as needed. Now they are all available as earrings without special orders.
Pamela Matthew's Goddess Deck, artwork and cards have been a staple on the Yoga Life Style site for years and now we have added 10 new subjects to the 9"x12" laminated poster line. 8 are pictured to the left.
This whimsical poster uses body shapes in yogic and gymnastic poses to make a fun, inspiring and decorative alphabet chart.
This unfortunately titled volume is really a great resource for beginning and intermediate students and its small format makes it great for everyone who wants a pocket sized reference on all the basice poses. Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein is a teacher in the Anusara tradition and is one of the most serious and dedicated yoga teachers I know.
I've been selling these high quality, dyed cotton straps to studios who ask about them for a long time, but never got around to putting them online... till now.
Tai Chi Chuan 37 short form performed by Roger Cotgreave. This is Master Huang Sheng-Shyan's Tai Chi form. Master Huang was a Fukien White Crane Master that studied Tai Chi with Grandmaster Cheng Man-ch'ing. The poster is clear and precise showing the main postures of the form.
These are two great books in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnama-Charya. Both are titles that had been requested by yoga teachers for use in workshops and trainings, so their value is assured. Each is great guide to using yoga to develop greater self knowledge and awareness.
