I have avoided
making prop packages for years, based on the idea that
props are unnecessary for the practice of yoga. and this
is still true. What has changed is that more and more classes
regularly integrate the use of props and more and more
people are buying their props from me. When I practice
and when I teach I still rarely use props. I recognize
their value, I just prefer to keep things as simple as
possible. So why offer them now? Well, lots of people want
them and they deserve the best deal I can give them, so
I've created this basic package of a mat, two blocks and
a strap for those who want to have the items they need
for their style of practice and want a bargain too!
The standard package has the three most popular
gear items a sport mat,
a pair of 3" blocks and
a 6 foot strap.
The deluxe package has upgrade versions of these items my 1/4" Ultra
Mat, my deluxe
4" blocks and my Bheka
