     While this Yoga Bed is an impressive 54 inches long from end to end and 16 inches high at its highest point it is easy to move at about 25 pounds. Plus you can stand it against a wall when it is resting on it's squared off front or bottom ends. It is 16 1/2 inches wide. A brilliant feature is that it can also be broken into two smaller, lighter pieces by undoing just 4 hex bolts. Once undone the long piece is 36 inches and the short one just 18 inches, for ease of transport.
      Of course you will most likely want to keep this in one place where you will have regular access to it to keep your back and entire body in tip top shape!
