Bheka Crescent Zafus are the perfect cushions
for sitting meditation and pranayama practice or any time you
want to sit comfortably on the floor. Our organic Buckwheat
filled zafus mold to one's body and have a zipper for customizing
the
size of the cushion by adding or removing material.
Bheka
crescent zafus are covered in soft, pleasant 100% cotton twill
and have a handle for easy carrying.
The crescent lends itself well to tucking one's feet in closely
and is well suited to small-framed and flexible people. Each
zafu measures 15" wide by
6" high and weighs about 3.6 pounds. Its shape creates a
pelvic tilt, lengthening and aligning the spine. The hips and legs
are
able
to relax,
allowing lift and openness in the chest and lungs. |
