     Each section of the body important to yoga practice is explored in detail in 8 core lectures and 5 bonus lectures, which are leavened with Paul's gentle sense of humor and enlivened by numerous classroom demonstrations. Plus there are 60 still images of comparative student asanas, human femur bones and anatomical movement descriptions which solidify the concepts explored in the lectures.

     Paul Grilley has been teaching yoga since 1980. He practices postures in the style of Paulie Zink, has studied anatomy at UCLA and has been a student of Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama since 1989.
