     Besides the practice DVD there is an instructional DVD relating the waves of consciousness in yoga and quantum physics, information about fluid vinyasa techniques and alignment tips for 10 of the more unusual asanas in the DVD.         Shiva Rea teaches vinyasa flow and trance dance worldwide. Her studies in the Krishnamacharya lineage, Tantra, Ayurveda, bhakti yoga, yogic art and somatic movement infuse her life and her teaching. She lives with her family in Pacific Palisades, California.
