This third DVD of the Yoga to the Rescue series by Desiree Rumbaugh is designed to help alleviate everyday aches and tension in the neck and shoulders, as well as building healthy structural support in these areas, which can help prevent injury.
This DVD contains two separate 30-minute practice segments. The Tutorial segment walks the viewer through the poses slowly and clearly, making this DVD approachable and simple for beginners. Those with specific neck and shoulder issues will enjoy the detailed instruction and modifications offered.
The Flow Sequence moves along at a significantly quicker pace. Rumbaugh again teaches via voiceover, but there are no chapter breakdowns and no pauses between segments. The entire practice continues in this vigorous manner before concluding with the short (approximately 4 minute) relaxation.
