Sri Dharma Mittra has been teaching in NYC since 1967. First for his Guru Swami
Kailashanda as a karma/bhakti Yogi and currently at the Dharma Mittra Yoga
Center founded in 1974. He is the author of the Master Yoga Chart of 908 Postures
found in studios and Ashrams throughout the US and the World. He currently
conducts weekly classes at his school and Life of a Yogi teacher trainings
and workshops worldwide.
