Domestic US Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight of your order, type of service requested and your location. We ship 4 days each week. Orders received Monday and Tuesday ship on the following Thursday. Orders received Wednesday ship on the following Friday. Orders recieved Thursday and Friday, ship on the following Monday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday, ship on the following Tuesday. Same day shipping is available for orders sent via US Day Definite Air and ordered before noon. Please be sure to call us at 845.883.4220 and alert us that you are choosing Day Definite Air, so that we can expedite your order.

Standard S&H: Standard shipping generally arrives in 2-3 days after shipment. Up to 11 ounces we ship via First Class Mail. 11 ounces and above we ship via Priority Mail. 2 pounds or more we ship via UPS Ground in the Continental United States and Parcel Post to Alaska or Hawaii. The charges are in the table below. There is no tracking with first class and priority mail and though 98% of the orders arrive in the 2-3 day time frame one or two in 100 seem to take up to 3 weeks. Similarly there is no tracking with Parcel Post and this service generally takes 2-3 weeks.

US Day Definite Ground: For this service we use UPS Ground, which offers tracking and a day definite guarantee, except for orders shipping between December 12 and December 26th. A map is provided below to see the days in transit after our ship date. Charges appear above the map. This service is available in the Continental US only.

US Day Definite Air: For this service we use UPS 3day, Second Day or Overnite Air. They ship the same day received if we get the order before noon Eastern time and the next day if received after noon. Below is a chart of standard rates, but we reserve the right to charge more for large orders if the actual cost of shipping exceeds the quoted rates. Please indicate which service you want in the comments section of your online order, or call the order in. These rates will not appear on your online order form since we cannot accomodate the variety of choices but the charge will appear on your invoice and credit card billing.

Shipping To Canada

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the total weight of your order and are indicated below. Canadian Customs often requires duties and taxes. Customs clearance fees may be incurred based on these duties. These levies are not included in the shipping and handling fees we charge and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Standard S&H: For this service we use US Postal Air Letter Post or Parcel Post. This service provides days in transit of 2 to 7 working days from day of shipping and does not provide tracking. This service is not available for Posters with the smallest dimension larger than 34" or yoga mats, sorry. Charges are in the table below.

Expedited S&H: For this service we use UPS Ground, it arrives in 2 or 3 working days from day of shipping and is trackable. This service is available for all items. Charges are in the table below.
Please note: This service is not a service option in the drop down menu in our shopping cart. To select this service please choose "Other International" from the drop down menu and mark " Canadian Expedited Shipping" in the comments area of your order. Your shipping cost will not be reflected in your order confirmation, but will be added to your order according to the chart below.

Other International Shipping
We ship to all locations serviced by DHL and US Postal Air Parcel Post. International Customs often requires duties and taxes. Customs clearance fees may be incurred based on these duties. These levies are not included in the shipping and handling fees we charge and are the responsibility of the receiver.When you select Other International Shipping on your online order form you will not see any charges appear. You will receive a confirmation email with a personalized quote on service via Air Parcel Post and Air Letter Post if available. Your order will be on hold until we receive guidance from you as to which service you prefer. Air Parcel Post takes 4-7 days and does not provide tracking. Both services are insured. Air Letter post is lease expensive and does not provide insurance, so if you choose this option we do not guarantee delivery. DHL is generally most expensive. It usually arrives in 2-3 days from the ship date and provides tracking but quotes on this are by special request only. Finally, due to the way our merchant gateway works, all orders are charged at the time of ordering. If you refuse the shipping charges you will be credited for the cost of your order at that time. If you accept them, you will need to follow the link we give you to pay for shipping before we can ship.


Please note: Regardless of the type of shipping you choose, please be sure to give us a valid shipping address where delivery can be made in the next few weeks after your order leaves our hands. If the item is returned as undeliverable by the postal service or other carrier, you may be liable for return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
