Domestic US Shipping & Handling

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the weight of your order, type of service requested and your location. It is calculated at the time of checkout. You will be able to approve the charges before finishing your check out. We ship 4 days each week. Orders received Monday and Tuesday ship on the following Thursday. Orders received Wednesday ship on the following Friday. Orders recieved Thursday and Friday, ship on the following Monday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday, ship on the following Tuesday. Same day shipping is available for orders sent via UPS Overnite and Second Day Service.. Please be sure to call us at 845.883.4220 and alert us that you are choosing Overnite or Second Day Service, so that we can expedite your order.

Time in Transit: Most postal shipping options generally arrive in 2 to 3 days after shipment. Parcel Post can take up to 6 weeks, though it is usually quicker. UPS shipments will arrive in 1-5 days from date of shipment based on location as shown on the chart below.

Shipping To Canada

Other International Shipping
We ship to all locations by the US Postal Service and United Parcel Service. International Customs often requires duties and taxes. Customs clearance fees may be incurred based on these duties. These levies are not included in the shipping and handling fees we charge and are the responsibility of the receiver.

International Insurance and Time in Transit: International First Class Mail is not insured nor is it trackable. It generally takes about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive but can take up to 6 weeks.. If you choose this you are taking your chances. It usually gets there but if it does not there is no recourse. Priority Mail International is insured and trackable and generally takes 6-10 business days. Express Mail International is also insured and trackable and takes 3-5 business days.
Please note: Regardless of the type of shipping you choose, please be sure to give us a valid shipping address where delivery can be made in the next few weeks after your order leaves our hands. If the item is returned as undeliverable by the postal service or other carrier, you may be liable for return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
