To make a return you must call or write
us at the address and phone number on
your invoice. Just let us know you will be returning merchandise in its original
packaging and tell us how you would like us to handle the return. We will gladly
follow your instructions, no questions asked. You will be given a return authorization
number which must accompany the return, so we will know how to process it when
it comes in.

the continental United States only.
Foreign customers and those in Alaska
and Hawaii will receive credit

For Wholesale Customers
Returns will be accepted from wholesale
customers, within 30 days of receipt of goods, based on the following
circumstances and conditions:
If the goods are damaged in transit
or otherwise defective they may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
We may ask for documentation of the damage and or to have the freight
carrier inspect the goods. You may return any damaged items for a full
refund plus reasonable shipping costs. If a discounted price can be
upon you may be eligible for a partial refund.
2) At will returns,
based on no defect in the products, will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee and return freight costs will be born by the customer.
