Bruce Bowditch has authored three books about yoga, including the Yoga Asana Index and The Yoga Practice Guide. He is an accomplished healer and has detailed knowledge and skill in yoga therapeutics. Bruce was first introduced to yoga in his high school gym in the late 70's in Rome, Italy, by his enlightened basketball coach. From that time on, he became interested in meditation, Asian philosophy, and martial arts. Bowditch served as director of teaching
at Space Studio, Taiwan and leads workshops both nationally and abroad.
