A Year of Living Your Yoga
by Judith Lasater, Ph.D., P.T.

"Today open to the experience of laughing at something you say or do and relish your ability to do so." Sound like a fun and uplifting idea? How about this one? "Make a pledge to focus on what you are doing or thinking with your whole being." These are great practices for everyone and this book is full of them. It offers exciting ideas for each day with a different perspective or a specific challenge that will keep you aware and thinking from your wisdom. With exercises mapped out for the year to help you to make daily transformations, you will be excited to turn the page on the day and on your life. (And you'll be happy to start over the next year, interpreting the advice in new ways and seeing how you've grown).
What I like most about the book is that it offers practical advice for living, moving, breathing and thinking and can be practiced by anyone, anywhere and anytime - on the yoga mat, at work, or at the dinner table. And what a great gift for the people you'd love to see bringing yoga, healing and inspiration into their lives!

High Praise for A Year of Living Your Yoga
"This book will inspire you to live your yoga—all day, every day. With wisdom and clarity, Judith offers 365 opportunities to embrace the ordinary as sacred. Who knew that fresh sheets, driving the speed limit, growing old, and juicy apples could be the path to an awakened life!" - Cyndi Lee, author of Yoga Body, Buddha Mind
"Judith's words of wisdom have inspired me since I took my first workshop with her in the early 1970s. Every time we meet, whether at a yoga conference or for tea, I am uplifted by her even outlook on things. I can't wait to experience a year guided by her daily measure of insight into the workings of the human mind and body."
