Yoga gives clear simple instructions and a variety of well thought out
routines including four complete sequences with over 100 pictures, and detailed
guidance for body, breath, and mind. The special lay-flat binding makes this
book even more useful as a practice aid. Mindfulness Yoga was originally
introduced to me by someone seeking 40 copies for a teacher training and it

Frank Jude Boccio is an interfaith minister and longtime student
of Thich Nhat Hanh who integrates the practice and philosophies
of yoga, Buddhism, and Ayurveda. His background includes a 700 hour
training program under the guidance of reknowned teacher Georg Feuerstein
and Dharma teacher training under the guidance of Samu Sunim. Boccio
is a certified yoga teacher/therapist through Bateman Institute
