adorable, versatile and fun. It would make a great gift for
a "pizza and french fries" vegetarian who you want to encourage
to eat better, since you can put the book in the crock pot
and wrap the whole thing. The recipes are simple and tasty
and cover a lot of popular cuisines: Italian, Mexican, Asian,
Irish and American. For those who want to start from scratch
and use all whole foods you may be dissappointed, since a
number of the recipes call for use of things like soy sour
cream, and vegan sausage links, but for a lot of people who
want easy, delicous food hot when they get home and want
to feel good about taking care of the themselves and the
planet, this is a great little book. |
